LIMITLESS was built to solve two problems.

The U.S. needs millions more homes, and the ones getting built don't always match where demand is headed. We focus on gateway metros with durable job growth and constrained supply—markets where new construction still makes sense on paper.

Second, access.

Most investors don't get invited into ground-up development. It's either too opaque, too relationship-driven, or too institutional. We make it accessible by doing the work ourselves and offering a clean path in.

Meet the team building the vision

Shawn George

Founder, LIMITLESS

Shawn George began his career in tech. He spent years building systems, leading product teams, and solving problems at scale. The work was strategic and challenging—but it never felt tangible. At a certain point, he started asking different questions. What am I actually building? Who does it serve? Where does it go?



That led him to real estate. Not as a passive investor, but as someone who wanted to understand the entire process—how value gets created, where it breaks down, and why so many people are locked out of the upside.



He wanted to build something that actually existed in the real world. So he pulled a $500K equity line to fund his first deal. He started by learning—slowly and intentionally. He took on small projects, sat through permitting meetings, walked properties with builders, made mistakes, and kept learning.



That was the inception of LIMITLESS Real Estate Fund.

Manish Patel

Entrepreneur, Investor

Manish Patel is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with a proven track record in technology and real estate. As founder and CEO of Brandify (formerly Where2GetIt), he pioneered local digital presence management, growing the company to serve top global brands like Walmart and Applebee’s before its successful exit to SOCi in 2021.

Patel has also completed over $50 million in real estate projects and, in partnership with Brick Street Capital, oversees investments in over 4,000 apartment units nationwide.

Known for innovation and creating exceptional workplace cultures, Patel exemplifies strategic growth and value-driven leadership.
